Shipping Policy

At Dozearth, we aim to make shipping simple and reliable for customers in New Zealand and Australia.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently offer shipping to:

New Zealand
Australia

At this stage, we do not ship to countries outside New Zealand and Australia.

2. Shipping Cost

We offer free shipping on all orders to New Zealand and Australia.

There are no extra shipping charges at checkout.

3. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days after payment has been received.

Processing time may vary slightly depending on product availability, order volume, public holidays, or peak periods.

Orders are not usually processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is usually 1 to 2 weeks after your order has been processed and dispatched.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only. Delays can occasionally happen due to courier delays, customs checks, weather events, public holidays, or high shipping demand.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, we will send you a tracking number by email.

Please allow 1 to 2 business days for the tracking information to update after it has been issued.

In rare cases, especially during peak shipping periods, tracking updates may take longer to appear.

6. Shipping Address Changes

Please check your shipping details carefully before placing your order.

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address.

Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

7. PO Box Addresses

We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses.

Please provide a physical street address when placing your order.

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping costs may apply in this case.

If the parcel is lost because an incorrect address was provided, we may not be able to offer a refund or replacement.

9. Lost or Missing Parcels

If you believe your parcel is lost or missing in transit, please contact us by email with your order number.

We will contact the shipping carrier and request an investigation.

If the carrier confirms that the parcel has been lost, we will arrange either:

a replacement order, or
a full refund

10. Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include:

your order number
clear photos of the damaged item
photos of the packaging
a short description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

11. Delivery Delays

While we do our best to ensure orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, some delays may be outside our control.

Dozearth is not responsible for delays caused by courier networks, customs processing, incorrect addresses, severe weather, public holidays, or other events outside our control.
